TBT: Vem är den Sverigeaktuella sångerskan?

Det är ju Florence Welsh, sångerskan i Florence + The Machine. Hon föddes i Camberwell, London och är en brittisk musiker och singer-songwriter. I sommar är hon aktuell med en spelning på Way Out West och besöker även Roskildefestivalen.

 

I am posting a picture of myself as a child in support of the 1.5 million children who are neglected and abused in the UK. Politicians say there are 'no votes in vulnerable children' but by signing this Kids Company petition we are showing them we care and we demand change. Together we can See the Child. Florence + The Machine släppte debutskivan Lungs 2009 och två år efter det kom andra skivan i form av Ceremonials. Nu är hon plus band aktuell med skivan How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful som släpps i maj eller juni i år.

Florence + The Machine bildades 2007 i England. Bandet vann MasterCards pris för bästa album 2010 för Lungs. Och har nominerats till flera priser under sin tid som band.
